Arrival

Hello all!

I currently have 18% computer battery remaining and no charger, so I’m going to make this post short – I have arrived safely in Buenos Aires! Trip was uneventful, and I managed to sleep for the entirety of my 12+ hours in total flight time (minus eating).

Here is a picture of my bedroom here. It is slightly bigger than it appears – there is a wardrobe to the left and another bed next to the one seen. But it is definitely very cozy ☺

Right now, there is another student living in the house as well, Alan, a student from Dartmouth studying abroad for the semester. He will be leaving on Saturday though, at which point it will be just me and my host mom in the apartment.

Plans for this week: explore, read, and prepare for interviews and meetings. Hopefully will really start researching next week…!
